Who is responsible for your information?

Novanestle at novanestle.com is operated by RUITU HK TRADING LIMITED. This notice describes how we handle information when you browse, order, create an account or contact us. Our registered office and written contact details appear below.

Information collected and its sources

• Information you provide: your name, email address, telephone number if supplied, billing and delivery addresses, account details, order selections, messages and return evidence.
• Transaction information: purchases, payment status, payment reference, refunds and delivery information received from checkout, payment providers and fulfilment providers.
• Technical and browsing information: IP address, browser and device details, referring pages or campaigns, pages viewed, cart activity and purchase events, collected through server logs, cookies and similar technologies.

Fields marked required at checkout are needed to process that order. Without necessary contact, delivery or payment information, we may be unable to complete it. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or unnecessary identity documents in a support request.

How information is used

We use information to maintain your cart and account, process payment, fulfil orders, communicate about purchases, manage returns, respond to enquiries, detect fraud, maintain records required by law and understand store performance. Advertising integrations may also measure visits and purchases associated with advertisements. Marketing preferences are separate from necessary order and service messages.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes the payment methods it provides at checkout. Card information entered in Stripe payment fields is handled by Stripe; we receive payment references, status and limited payment details needed to manage the order. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy. A wallet or other payment service you choose may also apply its own privacy notice.

Information needed to provide the store is shared with hosting and ecommerce service providers, payment processors, delivery and fulfilment providers, and communication or technical support providers. Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted through Bluehost. We may also disclose necessary information to meet a legal obligation, address fraud or protect legal rights.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

WordPress and WooCommerce use cookies or similar storage to support account sessions, the cart and checkout. Order attribution may record the referring source or campaign associated with an order. Jetpack and WooCommerce analytics collect site-usage and commerce events; see the Automattic visitor privacy notice.

The Reddit and Snapchat advertising integrations are currently disabled. Disabling an integration does not delete information previously received by its provider. See the Reddit Privacy Policy and Snap Privacy Policy for their handling of such information.

Your choices and requests

You can manage cookies through your browser and review advertising preferences offered by the providers linked above. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent checkout or sign-in from working. Browser cookie controls do not necessarily stop server-side disclosures. The store does not currently offer a dedicated on-site cookie preference centre; do not assume that a browser Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal has blocked every integration.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction or deletion of your information; object to or restrict certain uses; withdraw consent where processing relies on it; or opt out of targeted advertising or qualifying sale or sharing. Send a written request to the company address below, marked Privacy Request, and describe the request and how we can reply. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity or an authorised agent’s authority. Legal recordkeeping or transaction requirements may limit deletion. We will explain any applicable refusal and how to seek a review, and respond within the time required by applicable law. Exercising a protected privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination. You may also complain to the relevant privacy regulator.

Retention, security and international processing

We retain order and transaction records as needed for fulfilment, returns, accounting, legal obligations and disputes; account records while needed to provide the account; and correspondence and technical records for their relevant service or security purpose. Data that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to required retention and backup lifecycles. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

We operate from Hong Kong and use providers that may process information in the United States and other countries. Their privacy laws may differ from those where you live. Applicable legal protections continue to apply to our handling of your information.

Children and policy changes

The store is intended for a general adult shopping audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it. We may update this notice as our services or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated where required.
