Where do you ship, and which currency do you use?

We currently ship to the United States. Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars.

How long will my order take?

Preparation takes 3-5 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, estimated transit is 8-15 business days for standard shipping or 5-8 business days for expedited shipping. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is $9.99 per order, or free when the merchandise subtotal is at least $95.99 after discounts, excluding shipping and taxes. Expedited shipping is $30 even when your order qualifies for free standard delivery. See the Shipping Policy.

How do I choose an option or check an order?

Select the available colour, kit or other variation on the product page, then review the option and quantity in your cart. See Order Tracking for guidance on order status and delivery enquiries.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Send a request promptly using our written contact details. Changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. If dispatch is delayed beyond the stated processing period, our Shipping Policy explains the notification and cancellation process.

Can I return a promotional item?

Yes. Regular promotional purchases remain eligible for our 45-day return-request window, measured from purchase. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused and in its original condition with packaging, tags and accessories. Obtain return instructions before mailing merchandise.

Who pays return postage and when is the refund issued?

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage and original delivery charges are not refunded. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover necessary return shipping. Approved return refunds are initiated within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection, unless a shorter period is legally required. Your payment provider may take longer to post the credit. Where are product-care instructions?

Read the information on the product page and follow the instructions included with the product. For the mist comb, use only liquids approved in its instructions. Stop using an item if it is damaged or appears unsafe.
