Check your order
Keep the order number and email address used at checkout. If the order is linked to a store account, sign in to My account to view the available order details. Payment confirmation and dispatch are different stages: a paid order may still be in preparation.
Delivery progress
Order preparation takes 3-5 business days. Estimated transit after dispatch is 8-15 business days for standard shipping or 5-8 business days for expedited shipping. If you have received a carrier tracking number, use that carrier’s official tracking service for available delivery scans. A label being created does not necessarily mean the carrier has received the parcel.
Need an order review?
For a missing update, delivery delay or a parcel marked delivered that you cannot locate, use the written contact details. Include your order number, the email used for the order and the delivery issue, but not card details or passwords. See the Shipping Policy for delay and cancellation information.
