About these terms

These terms apply to your use of novanestle.com and purchases from Novanestle, operated by RUITU HK TRADING LIMITED. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. Our company and written contact details are available on the Contact page.

Ordering and account information

You must have legal capacity to place an order and authority to use the payment method you select. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, review the selected product options and quantities, and protect your account credentials. An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order; it does not confirm dispatch. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the affected unfulfilled order.

Prices and payments

Prices and checkout totals are in US dollars. The price, selected delivery charge and taxes collected by us are displayed before you submit payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or other fees. Compare-at prices show the reference price displayed for an offer, not a promise of future pricing or resale value. Promotions apply under the conditions shown with the offer.

If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will contact you to resolve it. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement. If you do not accept a proposed correction, the affected unfulfilled order will be cancelled and the amount collected refunded.

Shipping and cancellations

We currently ship to the United States. Order processing takes 3-5 business days before dispatch. Estimated transit after dispatch is 8-15 business days for standard shipping or 5-8 business days for expedited shipping. Standard delivery is $9.99, or free with a merchandise subtotal of at least $95.99 after discounts and before delivery charges and taxes. Expedited delivery is $30. Check the order before payment. Request changes promptly using our contact details; changes after dispatch cannot be guaranteed. Nothing in these terms removes a cancellation or refund right provided by law.

Returns and product issues

Our voluntary policy allows an eligible return request within 45 days of purchase. Change-of-mind returns must meet the item-condition requirements in the Refund Policy. Different remedies apply to damaged, defective or incorrect items. Approved return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to any shorter period required by law.

Product information and safe use

Review dimensions, materials, included accessories and selected variations on the product page. Screen settings can affect how colours appear. Follow the product instructions and safety warnings supplied with your purchase. Personal-care and wellness accessories are not presented as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. A difference between an item and its description remains subject to applicable consumer remedies.

Use of the website

Do not misuse accounts or payment information, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, interfere with store security or infringe others’ rights. Website text, images and branding remain the property of their respective owners. Links to external providers are provided for relevant services or information; their separate terms and privacy practices govern your use of those services.

Your rights and resolving concerns

Contact the company with your order number, the issue and the outcome you seek so we can review it. These terms do not exclude mandatory warranties, remedies, privacy rights, statutory cancellation rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not require you to give up access to a competent court or regulator.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version in effect when your order was placed applies to that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you. The last-updated date is shown above.
