Novanestle currently ships to the United States. All amounts on this page are in US dollars (USD).

Order processing

Allow 3-5 business days for order preparation before dispatch. This processing period is separate from the delivery estimates below. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: $9.99 per order. Free when your merchandise subtotal is $95.99 or more after discounts, excluding shipping and applicable taxes. Estimated transit time: 8-15 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping: $30 per order. Estimated transit time: 5-8 business days after dispatch. The 3-5-business-day processing period still applies. Expedited shipping is not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Delivery estimates

Delivery estimates begin when the order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Carrier operations, holidays, severe weather and other disruptions can affect arrival dates. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Shipping delays

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will notify you using your order contact details, explain the delay and offer a revised dispatch date when available. You can agree to wait or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a refund. If we cannot fulfil the order, or do not obtain consent to a delay where required, we will cancel and refund the affected unshipped order. Where US law requires a prompt cancellation refund, we will issue it within seven working days; the returns inspection timeline does not apply to that refund.

Address and delivery issues

Check your name, address, apartment or unit number and ZIP code before payment. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch. If a parcel is delayed, returned to sender or marked delivered but cannot be found, use the written contact details on our Contact page and provide your order number and the delivery issue. We will review the available delivery information and applicable remedies. A carrier scan does not by itself remove your rights under applicable law.
