Delivery to the United States

Allow 3-5 business days for order preparation before dispatch. Standard shipping is $9.99, or free with a merchandise subtotal of $95.99 or more after discounts and before shipping and taxes. Estimated standard transit is 8-15 business days after dispatch.

Expedited shipping is $30, with estimated transit of 5-8 business days after dispatch. It does not shorten the processing period and is not included in free standard shipping. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

Request an eligible return within 45 days of purchase. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original condition, with packaging, tags and accessories. You pay return postage; original delivery charges are not refunded. Regular promotional purchases remain eligible.

For damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover necessary return shipping and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. Approved return refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after receipt and inspection, unless law requires a shorter period.
